Unele aspecte privind statul legal al livrării medicamentelor din farmacii

Abstract

The problem of legal status of medicines is concerning to the concept of safety, observing requested quality and quantity of active substance, etc. Although the criteria of status appreciation are the same in most of the countries, the share of OTC medicines in the total amount of authorized medicines in Republic of Moldova it is 40% and it is much more then similar in other countries. From the total number of OTC medicines authorized in Republic of Moldova, 478 (23%) are domestic products, from them 148 being solutions. The OTC medicines list, according to the INN, includes the following groups: INN=OTC – 225 INN and 1682 brands; INN=nonOTC – 8 INN and 16 brands; INN=nonOTC+combinations INN=OTC, which includes 5 INN and 40 brands.

Problema statutului legal al medicamentelor este legată de conceptul de inofensivitate, respectarea calităţii cerute, cantitatea substanţei active, etc. Deşi criteriile de apreciere a statului legal în toate ţările sunt practic aceleaşi, cota parte a medicamentelor OTC din numărul total a medicamentelor autorizate în Republica Moldova constituie 40% şi depăşeşte lista similară din alte ţări de câteva ori. Din medicamentele OTC autorizate în Republica Moldova 478 (23%) sunt de origine autohtonă, 148 din numărul lor constituind soluţiile. Lista medicamentelor OTC autorizate în Republica Moldova la data de 01.01.2010 după DCI substanţei se clasifică în următoarele grupe: DCI=OTC – 225 DCI şi 1682 denumiri comerciale; DCI=nonOTC, care include 8 DCI şi 16 denumiri comerciale; DCI=nonOTC + combinaţii DCI=OTC, care 5 DCI şi 40 denumiri comerciale.
