Aprecierea medico-legală a divergenţelor dintre diagnosticul clinic şi morfologic (revista literaturii)

Abstract

The investigation of divergences between clinical diagnosis and that established during the autopsy of the patients who died in hospitals is one of the real possibilities to control the diagnostic and treatment process, which improves the quality of medical assistance. Data from literature, which refer to medico-legal assessment of divergences of diagnosis are presented in the paper. 34 sources of literature were analyzed, including the papers written by authors from Republic of Moldova. It was ascertained that causes of divergences between clinical and morphological diagnosis were studied entirely. An important role in this research has the medico-legal examination of cadavers of persons who died in hospitals.

Studierea divergenţelor dintre diagnosticul clinic şi cel stabilit la autopsia bolnavilor decedaţi în staţionare este una din posibilităţile de control asupra procesului diagnostico-curativ şi de ameliorare a asistenţei medicale. În lucrarea de faţă s-au studiat datele literaturii referitoare la o problemă dificilă cum este aprecierea medico-legală a divergenţelor de diagnostic. Analizei au fost supuse 34 de surse din literatura de specialitate, inclusiv şi ale autorilor din Republica Moldova. S-a constatat că până în prezent motivele necorespunderilor dintre diagnosticul clinic şi cel morfologic nu au fost pe deplin examinate. În cercetarea acestor aspecte un rol deosebit îl are examinarea medico-legală a cadavrelor persoanelor decedate în condiţii spitaliceşti.
