dc.description.abstractThe influence of copper coordination compounds CMT-28, CMT-67 and their combinations with the cyanobacterian remedy BioR on the activity of the renal lysosomal proteases in propylene glycol (PG) poisoning was studied. It was established that PG statistically conclusive inhibits the activity of cathepsines H, L, arilsulfatases A and B, arylsulfatase C and acid phosphatase in rat kidneys. In small doses (1 mg/kg) only CMT-28+BioR combination statistically significant enhances the activity of cathepsin H in females. CMT-28 and CMT- 28+BioR in high doses (10 mg/kg) statistically significantly increase the activity of cathepsin H in females with propylene glycol poisoning S-a studiat influenţa compuşilor coordinativi ai cuprului CMT-28 şi CMT-67, precum şi a combinaţiilor lor cu remediul cianobacterian BioR asupra activităţii proteazelor lizozomale 118 renale în intoxicaţia cu propilenglicol (PG). S-a stabilit că PG inhibă statistic concludent activitatea catepsinelor H, L, arilsulfatazelor A şi B, arilsulfatazei C şi a fosfatazei acide în ţesutul renal al şobolanilor. În doze mici (1 mg/kg) doar combinaţia CMT-28+BioR modulează statistic veridic activitatea catepsinei H la femele. Compuşiii CMT-28 şi CMT-28+BioR în doze mari (10 mg/kg) pe fondal de intoxicaţie cu propilenglicol determină sporirea statistic concludentă a enzimoactivităţii catepsinei H la femele, iar CMT-67+BioR - numai la masculi.en_US
