dc.description.abstract | Introduction Lactose is an organic compound, a
carbohydrate found in milk. Dairy foods are
popular for their pleasant taste and for their
contribution in maintaining and improving
consumer’s health. Lactose is present in 3
main forms, lactulose, lactitol, lactobionic
acid, used in medical treatment. Purpose The goal of the study is the
