Tactica tratamentului maladiilor renale acute neobstructive în Secţia Urologie a SCM «Sfânta Treime»

Abstract

Summary Acute non-obstructive renal diseases make up 3,5% from the total number of patients of the Department of Urology, the Municipal Clinical Hospital «Sf. Treime». Women prevail with 79,8% of the cases. There is a trend today: the increase of complications of acute non-obstructive pyelonephritis at younger persons. These complications of acute non-obstructive renal diseases (apostimatic pyelonephritis, suppurative pyelonephritis, carbuncle and renal abscess) have constituted 10,7% of the cases. Both the investigations and conservative and surgical treatment is made at the highest level according to modern requests.
