Invenţia se referă la chirurgie
şi poate fi utilizată în cazurile
stenozelor asociate esofagogastrice.
Scopul ei este soluţionarea
impermeabilităţii piloroantrale
a stomacului prin rezecţie
gastrică segmentară cu
menţinerea optimală a calităţii vieţii pacientului prin aplicarea
gastrostomei pe ansă Roux, asigurând calea de nutriţie efectivă
(etapa I). Ansa Roux, preparată şi antrenată în rol de gastrostomă, în
perspectivă este transformată (etapa II) în grefă pentru plastia
(înlocuirea) ulterioară a esofagului. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Summary.
This invention can be used in
cases of esophago-gastric
stenosis. The aim of this invention
is to resolve the
piloroantral impermeability of
the stomach by the segmental
gastric resection with
maintaining of qualitative and optimal life of the patient by applying
gastrostomy on Roux ansa, contributing to an effective alimentation
(1-st stage). In future prospect Roux ansa is transformed
