dc.description.abstractSummary. In this paper is described the experience of Urologic Department of the Railway Hospital, regarding the pathology of the terminal ureter. The solving of this pathology was done using the ureteroneostomia procedure. The author uses different known surgical methods, as if: LeadbetterPolitano, Cohen, Hill procedures. The results of surgical investigations in early and follow-up periods on a group of 21 patients with the terminal ureter pathology in the primary reflux, tumoral disease and renal tuberculosis was used to the basis of this paper.en_US
