Abstract

Rezumat. Leziunile de furcaţie sunt extrem de complicate de tratat prin mijloace regenerative şi rezective deopotrivă. Aceste maladii sunt mult mai complicate de a fi tratate dacă dintele prezintă şi leziuni odontale masive ce necesită un tratament restaurator protetic — în special o coroană de înveliş, şi cu atât mai complicate dacă procedeul de alungire coronară este recomandat.

Summary. Furcal lesions are very hard to be treated by the means of regenerative and respective methods. This lesions are way much more complicated to be treated if the tooth presents massive odontal lesions which require a prosthetic treatment as being followed — especially if a artificial crown is being needed — and even more complicated if surgical crown lengthening is mandatory.
