Diagnosticul fracturilor de mandibulă (curs teoretic)

Abstract

REZUMAT Cursul teoretic cuprinde: etiologia, frecvenţa, dereglările funcţionale, particularităţile clinice şi diagnosticul fracturilor de mandibulă. Este structurat conform programului de publicaţii şi este dedicat stomatologilor, chirurgilor oro-maxilo-faciali, chirurgilor generalişti, traumatologilor, studenţilor şi rezidenţilor. Necesitatea apariţiei prezentei lucrări este dictat de faptul că literatura didactică în limba română, nu elucidează de pe poziţiile moderne ale traumatologiei a fracturii de mandibulă şi ale catedrei Chirurgie OMF această problemă. Fracturile de mandibulă deţin locul I printre bolnavii cu traumatism facial. Ebrietatea etilică e un factor predispozant în apariţia fracturilor de mandibulă. Agresiunea e cauza principală în apariţia fracturilor de mandibulă. Dereglările funcţionale specifice facilitează stabilirea diagnosticului. Examenul radiologic este obligatoriu în scopuri diagnostice şi curative.

SUMMARY The lecture contains the etiology, the frequency, the functional disorders, the clinical features and the diagnosis of mandibular fractures. The lecture is in accordance with the study program and it is dedicated to: dentists, oral-maxillo-facial surgeons, general surgeons, students and residents. The need of the occurrence of this paper is dictated by the fact that the romanian didactic literature not clarify this problem. The mandibular fractures hold the first place among the patients with a facial trauma. The alcohol is a predisposing factor in mandibular fractures. The aggression is the main cause of mandibular fractures. Specific functional disorders facilitates the diagnosis. Radiological examination is obligatory for diagnostic and curative.
