Molarul de minte: consideraţii şi discrepanţe în practica de ambulator

Abstract

Rezumat. Erupţia dificilă a molarului de minte (M3), asociată cu caria simplă şi complicată, ce afectează consecutiv şi cel de-al doilea molar (M2), întîlnită des la pacienţii de ambulator, în final poate duce la complicaţiile mai grave care se necesită tratament de staţionar. Lucrarea dată prezintă rezultatele studiului patologiei molarului III la pacienţii de ambulator. Datele obţinute vor orienta specialiştii în domeniu la stabilirea atitudinii şi a conduitei de tratament al pacienţilor cu patologia M3, îndreptate spre profilaxia complicaţiilor.

Summary. Difficult eruption of the third molar (M3), associated with simple and complicated caries that consecutively affects the second molar (M2), often encountered in patients of the in-patient department, may eventually lead to more serious complications that require treatment in the out-patient department. This work presents the results of third molar pathology study in the in-patient department. Obtained data will guide professionals in the field to determine the attitude and conduct of treatment of patients with M3 pathology, aimed at preventing complications.
