| dc.description.abstract | Rezumat
Anestezia loco-regională se foloseşte pe larg de stomatologi. Acest
fenomen benefic poate avea şi un şir de complicaţii loco-regionale periculoase pentru viaţa pacientului: şoc anafilactitic, sincopa, lipotemia etc. La
baza prevenirii acestor complicaţii se află anamneza. Completarea acestor
informaţii pot fi compensate prin „schema de interogare“ pe care o propune
autorul. Aceste informaţii declarate de pacient în forma scrisă va fi utilă
pentru medic si pentru profilaxia complicaţiilor enumerate mai sus. | en_US |

The local-regional anesthesia is widely used by dentists. This advantageous phenomenon can also have a number of local and regional complications threatening the patient’s life: anaphylactic shock, syncope, lipothymia,
etc. Anamnesis serves the basis for these complications prevention. This information can be filled in by using the „scheme of interviewing“ proposed
by the author. Such information furnished by patient in written form will be
useful for doctor and for prevention of abovementioned complications. | en_US |
