The strategy of the World Health Organization (WHO) and European Health Organization for the year 2020, launched for the overcome of actual demographical changes have the purpose to keep a good quality of life for the elderly population, by promoting a healthy, active and independent ageing. According to the WHO data from the 2000-2050, in the world the proportion of the people over 60 years old will be doubled from 11% to 22%.	en_US
