dc.description.abstractIn experiments on male rats it was determined that the threshold toxic dose (LD50) of colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles in intraperitoneal administration was 100 mg/kg. Toxic changes in animals remaining alive were short-term changes, reversible, more pronounced doses in larger than 200 mg/kg. Therefore, it was found that the colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles refers to a group of less toxic substances. În experimente pe șobolani masculi s-a constatat că doza toxică de prag (LD50) a soluției coloidale a nanoparticulelor de argint în cazul administrării intraperitoneale constituie 100 mg/kg. Modificările toxice în organismul animalelor rămase în viață sunt de scurtă durată, reversibile, mai pronunțate în doze mai mari de 200 mg/kg. Prin urmare, s-a constatat că soluția coloidală a nanoparticulelor de argint se referă la grupa de substanțe puțin toxice.en_US
