Metodă de tratament al cataractei senile

Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oftalmologie, şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul cataractei senile. Esenţa invenţiei constăîn aceea că se efectuează o incizie a corneei, se deschide camera anterioară, se înlăturănucleul şi masele cristalinului, se implantează un cristalin artificial, după care se efectuează iridotomia bazală din ambele părţi ale locurilor de fixare ale hapticii superioare a cristalinului, la nivelul meridianelor 11.00 şi 13.00. Apoi se suturează corneea, se introduce în spaţiul subconjunctival un antibiotic şi un preparat din grupa corticosteroizilor şi se aplică un pansament monocular aseptic.

Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что выполняют разрез роговицы, вскрывают переднюю камеру, удаляют ядро и массы хрусталика и имплантируют искусственный хрусталик. После чего выполняют базальную иридотомию c обеих сторон мест фиксации верхней гаптики хрусталика, на уровне меридианов 11.00 и 13.00. Затем ушивают роговицу, вводят в подконъюктивальное пространство антибиотики препарат из группы кортикостероидов и накладывают монокулярную асептическую повязку.

Summary of the invention consists in that it is made an incision of cornea, it is opened the anterior chamber, it is removed the nucleus and masses of lens, and it is implanted an artificial lens. Afterwards it is carried out the basal iridotomy on both sides of the places of fixation of the superior haptics of lens, at the level of meridians 11.00 and 13.00. Then it is sutured the cornea, it is introduced into the subconjunctival space an antibiotic and a preparation from the group of corticosteroids and it is applied an aseptic monocular dressing
