En-doscopia asistată de Inteligenţa Artificială (IA), biomarkerii moleculari, endoablaţiile asociate imunoterapiei au ameliorat diagnosticul precoce, stratificarea riscului/progresiei spre neoplazie. Scop. Scopul acestei cercetări este de a analiza, sintetiza şi de a aprecia impactul celor mai recente inovaţii în diagnosticul şi tratamentul esofagului Barrett, apărute în perioada 2022-2025. dc.description.abstractIntroduction. In recent years, research into the diagnostic and curative potential of Barrett's has advanced significantly. Artificial Intelligence (Al)-assisted endoscopy, molecular biomarkers, endoablation associated with immunotherapy have improved early diagnosis, risk stratification/progression to neoplasia. Objective. The aim of this research is to analyze, synthesize, and assess the impact of the latest innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of Barrett's esophagus, which emerged during the period 2022-2025.
