| dc.description.abstract | In the article is presented the results of treatment with Pegasis and Copegus of a group of patients with chronic hepatitis C. The duration of treatment was established in each case individually. In these patients the monitoring of treatment efficacy was made in definite terms by clinical, biochemical, immunological and PCR investigations. The investigations reveal the efficacy of antiviral treatment of 48 weeks duration in comparison with 24 weeks.
În actualul articol sunt prezentate rezultatele tratamentului cu Pegasis şi Copegus a unui grup de pacienţi cu hepatită virală C cronică. Durata tratamentului a fost stabilită individual. Monitorizarea eficacităţii tratamentului acestor bolnavi a fost efectuată în anumiţi termeni prin investigaţii clinice, biochimice, imunologice şi reacţia de polimerizare în lanţ. Studiul a demonstrat avantajul tratamentului antiviral cu durata de 48 săptămâni comparativ cu cel de 24 săptămâni. | en_US |
