| dc.description.abstract | Scopul studiului a fost să prezentăm un caz de bărbat în vârstă de 72 de ani cu tromembolism pulmonar în contextul patologiei cardiovasculare. Acest raport de caz subliniază importanța diagnosticării și tratamentului precoce pentru a evita consecințe fatale. Identificarea tromboembolismului pulmonar în cazurile de patologie cardiovasculară poate fi complexă din cauza suprapunerii simptomatologiei, influenței tratamentului asupra testelor diagnostice și dificultăților de interpretare ale investigațiilor imagistice. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study was to present a case of a 72-year-old man with pulmonary thromboembolism in the context of cardiovascular pathology. This case report highlights the importance of early diagnosis and treatment to prevent fatal outcomes. Identifying pulmonary thromboembolism in cases of cardiovascular pathology can be challenging due to overlapping symptoms, the influence of treatment on diagnostic tests, and difficulties in interpreting imaging investigations. | en_US |
