| dc.description.abstract | A total number of 27 patients with colon obstruction and peritonitis were treated by emergency resection and primary anastomosis. Although long-term follow-up results can not be evaluated yet, resection and primary anastomosis can be safely used in all the cases when PSS and MPI do not exceed 8 and 20 respectively.
Un lot de 27 pacienţi cu ocluzie de colon şi peritonită au fost supuşi în mod urgent tratamentului chirurgical într-o singură etapă. Cu toate că rezultatele la distanţă nu pot fi evaluate definitiv, rezecţia şi anastomoza primară poate fi aplicată în siguranţă în cazurile când scorurile PSS şi MPI nu depăşesc 8 şi 20 respectiv. | en_US |
