Elaborarea metodei HPLC pentru studiu fitochimic al speciei hypericum perforatum L

Abstract

Elaboration of the HPLC method for the phytochemical study of Hypericum perforatum L. species The HPLC method with multiwavelength UV-VIS detection has been developed for the quantification of pharmacologically active substances in herb of St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) and in extractive products. The procedure for preparation of raw material samples has been optimized, having in mind instability of some active substances in solutions. It was confirmed, that the greatest part of active substances can be found in flowers, smaller amount - in leaves, but stems are practically deprived them.

S-a elaborat metoda HPLC cu detecţia în UV-VIS cu mai multe lungimi de undă pentru dozarea substanţelor farmacologic active în herba de sunătoare (Hypericum perforatum L.) şi în produsele lor extractive. Procedura de preparare a probelor de produs vegetal a fost optimizată, ţinând cont de instabilitatea unor substanţe active în soluţii. S-a confirmat, că cantitatea majoră a substanţelor active se află în flori, mai puţine – în frunze, iar tulpinile practic sunt lipsite de ele.
