Aplicarea metodelor fizico-chimice în studiul chimicofarmaceutic al comprimatelor de somnol

Abstract

Phisico-chemical methods applied in chemico – pharmaceutical study of Somnol tablets. The chromatography method on a thin layer was worked out to identify the zopiclone ( an active principle of Somnol tablets) by utilizing four systems of solvents, the spectroscopy IR, thermic effects have been registered applying the thermogravimetrical method, the spectrophotometrical method of dosing in powders and tablets of 7,5mg as well as the HPLC method to identify in powder. Due to the fact that, these utilized methods are specific and reproductive , they are recommended for the study of zopiclone in biological fluids.

A fost elaborată metoda cromatografiei pe strat subţire de identificare a zopiclonei (principul activ din comprimate de Somnol) utilizând 4 sisteme de solvenţi,metoda spectroscopiei IR, au fost înregistrate efectele termice aplicând metoda termogravimetrică, metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare în pulbere şi comprimate 7,5 mg, precum şi metoda HPLC de identificare în pulbere. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă pentru studierea zopiclonei în lichidele biologice.
