Abstract

Diseasters is an event in big proportion with horroble consequences, it is un unusully event, what happens quick and abrupt, hitting the humman society with big amplitude, impling important humman and material damages of hole envirement. It is obiesly that deseasters are unforeseeable in time and space, that can be engender from different factors: natural, technology, war and characterise by affecting brutal of the population, health, environment. Main characteristics of the disasters are: unexpected in time, amplitude of events, dramatics of them and consequences. Catastrophe in which more or less is produced an unbalance between disposable resources and necessities real generated by the consequences of the event, being a situation that put into action unusual resources as importance as origin. This situation can be prevent, controlled only after creating of a general program of sanitary and anti-epidemic measures that can work before, in time and after disaster at local or regional level.
