Aspecte bioetice ale experimentelor pe oameni (studiul clinic)

Abstract

This article is meant to present case studies of clinical trials in order to avoid the extremes, the legislation system which supervises the protection of victims that suffered from abuse during a medical experiment, the opinions of experts from bioethics committees for having a thorough analysis of the bioethical aspects of the clinical trial (experiments on human beings) .Clinical trial is the "obligatory passage" for medical progress, concerning the diagnosis of diseases or their treatment. The ethic side of the biomedical research in general , clinical trials in particular and the law settles, that must be developed within an international framework.

Conceput pentru o analiză aprofundată a aspectelor bioetice privind experimentele pe fiinţele umane acest articol prezintă studii de caz cu identificarea extremelor ce trebuie evitate,evaluarea sistemului legislativ ce protejează victimele de abuz în cadrul unui studiu clinic şi totodată sunt integrate opiniile experţilor ce reprezintă comitetele de bioetică. Studiul clinic constituie “passajul indispensabil“pentru orice progres medical, indiferent de faptul dacă acesta are tangenţe cu diagnosticul maladiilor sau tratamentul lor. Putem percepe cu uşurinţă că dimensiunea etică a cercetării biomedicale în general, a studiului clinic în particular şi a reglementării trebuie să se dezvolte într-un cadru internaţional.
