Corelaţia imunităţii celulare şi umorale la pacienţii cu toxocaroză asociată cu patologie respiratorie

Abstract

The study was related to the correlation between cellular immunity and humoral immunity. 22 patients with toxocara associated with respiratory pathology participated in the study. Based on the level of antibodies decrease in Toxocara canis, patients have been divided into two groups: First group – patients whose antibodies level decreased up to 1/3 from the initial value. Second group- patients whose antibodies level decreased by more than 1/3 from the initial value. So, basically the amount of lymphocytes did not change in the patients of the first group. In the second group , patients showed an increase of lymphocytes type T (p<0,05) and a decrease of lymphocytes type B (p<0,001), which demonstrates a positive dynamics of the cellular immunity in patients from group two. Therefore, the dynamics of antibodies values S2 T. canis IgG in patients with toxocaroza associated with respiratory pathology is dependent on the patient’s cellular immunity.

A fost studiată corelaţia imunităţii celulare şi umorale la 22 de bolnavi cu toxocaroză asociată cu patologie respiratorie. În funcţie de nivelul de diminuare a anticorpilor către Toxocara canis din clasa IgG pacienţii au fost divizaţi în două grupe: 1 grupă la care titrul anticorpilor s-a micşorat cu pînă la 1/3 din valoarea iniţială şi a 2-a grupă la care titrul anticorpilor s-a micşorat cu mai mult de 1/3 din valoarea iniţială. În dinamică conţinutul limfocitelor T în 1-ul grup veridic nu s-a schimbat. În grupul doi s-a menţionat o creştere veridică al limfocitelor T (p<0,05) şi micşorarea veridică al limfocitelor B (p<0,001), ceea ce mărturiseşte despre o dinamică pozitivă al indicilor imunităţii celulare la bolnavii grupului doi. Prin urmare dinamica valorii anticorpilor către Toxocara canis IgG la bolnavii cu toxocaroză asociată cu patologie respiratorie este dependentă de starea imunităţii celulare.
