Paraplegia spastică ereditară (PSE) Strümpel, forma atipică. Prezentare de caz clinic

Abstract

It was corroborated that in the given case, the Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) develops a clinical presentation of asymmetric spastic paraparesis, where the spasticity over the muscular force prevails, without affecting other family members or relatives. The heterogenesis of the presented case was manifested in the presence of thigh hypotrophy of the left limb, asymmetry of motive symptoms, absence of the transmission way (sporadic), signs of pyramidal tract and vestibular-cochlear nerve dysfunction. It is a pure atypical form.

S-a confirmat ca paraplegia spastică ereditară (PSE) în cazul prezentat manifestă un tablou clinic de parapareză spastică asimetrică, unde predomină spasticitatea asupra forţei musculare, fără afectarea altor membri ai familiei şi rudelor. Heterogenia cazului prezentat s-a manifestat prin prezenţa hipotrofiei coapsei membrului inferior stîng, asimetria simptomelor motorii, absenţa modului de transmitere (sporadic), semne de afectare a căilor piramidale şi a nervului cohleo-vestibular. Este o formă pură atipică.
