Abstract

The management of the operated patients with of the postoperative intestinal failure remains one most actual surgical problems, and therapeutical attitude rested till this time an important subject of discussions. Multiple organ failure remain major cause of postoperative complications with high rate of mortality in surgical patient. This article represents a short synthesis of literature data on some pathophysiological aspects of the role of the intestinal tract in the development of multiple organ failire in surgical patient.

Managementul bolnavilor operaţi cu evoluţia insuficienţei intestinale postoperatorie rămîne una din cele mai actuale probleme chirurgicale, iar atitudinea terapeutică a fost şi este un important subiect de discuţii. Insuficienţa multiplă de organe rămîne a fi cauză majoră a complicaţiilor postoperatorii cu o rată de mortalitate înaltă la bolnavul chirurgical. Articolul dat constituie o succintă sinteză a revistei literaturii asupra unor aspecte patofiziologice ale roluli tractului intestinal în evoluţia insuficienţei poliorganice la bolnavul chirurgical.
