Rezultatele electroodontometriei dinţilor în parodontitele cronice marginale asociate cu edentaţii parţiale

Abstract

Were examined 27 patients in the age of 27 -58 years old clinically and para-clinically with chronic marginal periodontitis associated with partial adentia. It was established, that the threshold pulp excitability of the teeth limiting dental breach defects depends on the features of clinical picture and easily decreases simultaneously with the progress of destructive processes in periodontium tissues. Electrical measurements of dental pulp excitability as an objective method of tooth pulp condition tested on the patients with chronic marginal periodontitis confirm the deterioration of destruction processes in “tooth – periodontium” complex.

Au fost examinaţi clinic şi paraclinic 27 pacienţi cu vârsta cuprinsă între 27 – 58 ani cu parodontita cronică marginală de grad uşor şi mediu asociate cu edentaţia parţială. S-a constatat că pragul excibilităţii pulpei dinţilor limitrofi breşelor arcadelor dentare este dependent de particularităţile tabloului clinic şi uşor scade odată cu agravarea proceselor destructive în parodont. Electroodontometria ca metoda obiectivă de testare a stării organului pulpar la pacienţii cu parodontite marginale cronice asociate cu edentaţii parţiale confirmă agravarea proceselor destructive în complexul dinte-parodont.
