Programul de recuperare imunologică a elevilor cu astm

Abstract

The study included 46 children (6 to 14 years) with bronchial asthma with different degree of severity associated to the infection of the respiratory tract and ORL infection. The children were supposed to partial randomization in two subgroups by 23 children. The concentration of secretory IgA of nasal secretions in children with bronchial asthma from the basic group was decreased significantly 161,5±18,9mg/L comparison with the concentration of secretory IgA in healthy children 295±20,9mg/L (р<0,001). Concentration of the secretory IgA in nasal secretions depending upon the therapy from the basic group determined an evident increase equal to 265±28,1mg/L (р<0,001).

Studiul a inclus 46 de elevi (6-14 ani) cu astm bronşic de diferit grad de severitate comorbid cu infecţia căilor respiratorii şi infecţia ORL. Copiii au fost supuşi randomizării parţiale în două subloturi a câte 23 de elevi. Concentraţia IgA secretorie din secreţiile nazale la copiii cu astm bronşic din lotul de bază a fost semnificativ micşorată 161,5±18,9mg/L comparativ cu concentraţia IgA secretorie la copiii sănătoşi 295±20,9mg/L, (р<0,001). Concentraţia IgA secretorie în secreţiile nazale în funcţie de tratament la lotul de bază a constatat o creştere evidentă egală cu 265±28,1mg/L, (р<0,001).
