Particularităţile morfologice ale sindromului Bland-White-Garland

Abstract

An abnormal origin of the left coronary artery has been determined, known as Bland-White-Garland syndrome. Macroscopically the hyperdominant right coronary type of blood supply has been established. The abnormal origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk is associated with thickened endocardium and abnormal poring orifice of the vena cordis magna. Under histological examination of the anterior papillary muscle of the left ventricle, and of the posterior papillary muscle of the right ventricle microfocal cardiosclerosis and insufficient development of the vv. cardiacae minimae have been determined.

Studiul vizează descrierea minuţioasă a particularităţilor morfologice macro- şi microscopice ale miocardului şi vaselor coronariene în sindromul Bland-White-Garland, care reprezintă o anomalie de origine a arterei coronare stângi din trunchiul pulmonar. Anomalia se asociază cu anomalia de vărsare a venei cordis magna, de dezvoltare a vv. cardiacae minimae şi de vascularizare arterială a muşchiului papilar anterior al ventriculului stâng. Pe secţiunile transversale ale muşchiului papilar anterior al ventriculului stâng au fost depistate regiuni cu cardioscleroză microfocală.
