| dc.description.abstract | Reviews of the biochemical role of apelin indicate a major importance in human organism. Although currently not all the functions of this compound are investigated, it was established the involvement in many vital processes in the cardiovascular system, nervous system, bone, gastrointestinal tract and reproduction. It is an important compound that promotes vasodilatation and miocardial contraction, which can be used for the treatment of different cardiovascular diseases.
Trecerea în revistă a rolului biochimic al apelinei denotă o importanţă majoră în organizmul uman. În pofida faptului că la moment nu sunt cercetate toate funcţiile ei, s-a stabilit implicarea peptidei în multiple procese vitale la nivelul sistemului cardiovascular, nervos, osos, gastrointestinal şi de reproducere. Este un compus cu potente efecte vasodilatatoare şi de contracţie a miocardului, ce pot fi utilizate în tratamentul multor afecţiuni cardiovasculare. | en_US |
