Rezistenţa microbiană intraspitalicească – probleme şi rezolvări

Abstract

The sensibility results analysis of pathogenic agents to the antibacterial remedies demonstrated an increseang of the microbial rezistance incidence to the important group of antibiotics and chemotherapeutics. Intrahospital infections caused by piocianic, acynetobacter, klebsiella and proteus will be effective treated with imipenem and amikacyne and those with enterococcus – with amoxyclav. The rational selection and usage of antibacterial remedies is one of the important direction for profilaxies of the rezistence development and prevention of spreading of rezistance flore.

Analiza rezultatelor sensibilităţii agenţilor patogeni la preparatele antbacteriene ne-a demonstrat o creştere a incidenţei rezistenţei microbilor depistaţi la o gamă importantă de antibiotice şi chimioterapice. Infecţiile intraspitaliceşti cauzate de bacilul piocianic, acinetobacter, klebsiela şi protei vor fi efectiv tratate cu imipenem şi amikacină, iar cele cu enterococ – cu amoxiclav. Selectarea şi utilizarea raţionale a preparatelor antibacterieneeste una din premizele principale pentru preîntâmpinarea dezvoltării rezistenţei şi lupta cu reăspândirea florei rezistente.
