Incidenţa patologiei tiroidiene şi importanţa şcolarizării pacienţilor în efectuarea unui tratament eficace şi inofensiv

Abstract

In the last years in Republic of Moldova is observed an inceasing incidence of thyroide pathologies manifested through hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, autoimune processes, cysts and thyroid cancer. Along with the improvement of the methods of investigation and diagnosis, a patteuts eaching reguires a special attention, in appearauce of the rational, efficient and harmless use of thyroidian hormonal drugs and antithyroidian remedies. Is necessary in this way the explication and a strict fallow of the priciples of efficiency usage and inofensivity control of the respective drugs, determines in a big part the results of pharmacotherapy and patients compliance to the treatment.

În ultimii ani în Republica Moldova se constată o creştere a incidenţei patologiei tiroidiene manifestate prin stări de hipotiroidism, hipertiroidism, procese autoimune, chisturi şi cancer tiroidian. De rând cu perfectarea medotelor de investigaţie şi diagnosticare o atenţie deosebită necesită instruirea pacienţilor în aspectul utilizării raţionale eficiente şi inofensive a preparatelor hormanale ale glandei tiroide şi remediilor antitiroidiene. În acest aspect explicarea şi respectarea principiilor de utilizare şi control al eficacităţii şi inofensivităţii preparatelor respective în mare parte determină rezultatele farmacoterapiei şi complianţa pacienţilor la tratament.
