Particularităţi de tratament al bronhopneumopatiei obstructive cronice cu Teofilină retard

Abstract

The aim of this study was to appreciate the action of Teofilin retard on the symptomatic and pulmonary ventilation, alveolo-arterial diffusion and on the sanguine gases in patients with COPD. It was demonstrated that Teofilin retard is an efficient remedy of treatment in patients with COPD which improves the bronchial permeability, pulmonary ventilation and alveolo-arterial diffusion. Teofilin retard improves the gas metabolism by a benefic influence on pulmonary ventilation, as well as by the optimization of the O2 transport through the arterial blood to the organs and tissues.

Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a aprecia acţiunea Teofilinei retard asupra simptomaticii, ventilaţiei pulmonare, difuziunii alveolo-arteriale şi a gazelor sangviune la pacienţii cu BPCO. S-a demonstrat, că Teofilina este un remediu eficient de tratament al pacienţilor cu BPCO ce ameliorează permeabilitatea bronhiilor, ventilaţia pulmonară şi difuziunea alveolo-arterială.Teofilina ameliorează metabolismul gazos atât prin acţiunea benefică asupra ventilaţiei pulmonare, cât şi prin optimizarea transportului de O2 de către sângele arterial spre organe şi ţesuturi.
