Eficienţa Heptralului în tratamentul steatohepatitei nonalcoolice

Abstract

The 50 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were studied for the efficiency and the safety of the hepatoprotetor Heptral. This study revealed that the treatment with the hepatoprotector Heptral, included in the base therapy of the patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, decrease more rapidly the pain and asteno-vegetative syndromes. At the end of the treatment with the hepatoprotector Heptral normalized the values of the hepatic markers of cytolysis and the lipid metabolism.

La 50 bolnavi cu steatohepatită non-alcoolică a fost studiată eficacitatea şi inofensivitatea clinică a hepatoprotectorului Heptral. În rezultatul studiului efectuat s-a stabilit, că includerea în terapia de bază la bolnavii cu steatohepatită non-alcoolică a hepatoprotectorului Heptral contribuie la cuparea mai rapidă a sindroamelor dolor şi asteno-vegetativ. Către finele curei de 205 tratament, terapia cu hepatoprotectorul Heptral a asigurat normalizarea activităţii markerilor citolizei şi ai metabolismului lipidic.
