Unele aspecte ale managementului şi profilaxiei în suicide

Abstract

The researches conducted in the last 10 years in Suicidology field had revealed the great impact that psychiatric pathology has within suicidal behavior. In this article are presented some aspects of management and prophylaxis that can contribute in diminishing and avoiding the auto aggressive tendencies not only in case of those with psychiatric pathology, but also for the whole society. The attempts of committing the suicide in different psychiatric affections can bring to repeated actions till the final realized suicide. The elaboration of efficient reforms in primary and secondary prophylaxis of this phenomenon and the correct management in different directions can avoid these tendencies.

Cercetările din ultimii 10 ani în domeniul suicidologiei au relevat ponderea mare a patologiei psihiatrice în cadrul comportamentului suicidar. În articolul dat sunt prezentate unele aspecte de management şi profilaxie care ar putea contribui la micşorarea şi evitarea tendinţelor autoagresive nu numai la persoane cu patologie psihiatrică ci şi pentru întreaga societate. Efectuarea tentativelor de suicid în diferite afecţiuni psihiatrice pot duce la repetarea acestor acţiuni pînă la suicidul realizat. Elaborarea unor măsuri eficiente de profilaxie primară şi secundară a acestui fenomen, managementul corect în diferite direcţii pot evita aceste tendinţe.
