| Abstract: | This article is concerning a rarely encountered pathology – cervical pregnancy . Here are
highlighted the predisposing factors , contemporary ways of diagnosis and treatment, focused
basely on the preservation of the reproductive function. The author analyzes 16 cases with
cervical pregnancies, 5 of this being solved with the help of Metotrexate.
Articolul dat este consacrat unei entităţi nozologice rar întîlnite – sarcina cervicală. Sunt
subliniaţi factorii predispozanţi, mijloacele contemporane de diagnostic şi tacticile de tratament,
axate în special pe păstrarea funcţiei reproductive. Autorul analizează 16 cazuri de sarcină
cervicală, 5 din ele fiind rezolvate prin administrarea preparatului Metotrexat. |
