| dc.description.abstract | The study was geared towards the evaluation of the role that other blood elements partake
in hemostasis. Nowadays it was established that besides thrombocytes, leucocytes also
participate actively in primary and secondary hemostasis. Depending upon predominant
mechanisms involved by leucocytes in hemostasis, they can lead to DIC- syndrome, or can
create conditions to improve microcirculation and liquidate the pathological process.
Acest studiu a fost orientat spre a studia şi rolul altor elemente în sistemul de hemostază.
În prezent a fost stabilit că pe lângă trombocite şi leucocitele participă activ în procesul de
hemostază primară şi secundară. În dependenţă de mecanismele predominante prin care
leucocitele participă în procesul de hemostază, ele o pot degrada până la dezvoltarea CIDsindromului,
sau din contra pot crea condiţii pentru ameliorarea microcirculaţiei şi lichidarea
