Encefalopatia toxicoinfecţioasă la sugar

Abstract

Toxicoinfections encephalopathy is a highly unspecific severe condition of the encephalon that appears in the disorders of the blood circulation and liquid- dynamic one in encephalon. It presents a clinical case of 6 month girls who was admitted to the IMSP with toxicoinfection encephalopathy diagnosis and hypertensive syndrome. She was hospitalized in the somatic resuscitation department being rendered required medical assistance. Medical laboratory investigations and the necessary treatment where performed, the situation has been monitored closely. After relieving the child’s condition, the patient was discharged.

Encefalopatia toxicoinfecţioasă este o afecţiune nespecifică extrem de gravă a encefalului, care apare în urma tulburărilor circulaţiei sangvine şi licvorodinamice în encefal. Se prezintă un caz clinic a unei fetiţe de 6 luni care a fost internată în IMSP Centru mamei şi copilului cu diagnosticul de encefalopatie toxicoinfecţioasă şi sindrom hipertensiv. A fost internată în secţia de reanimare somatică unde i sa acordat asistenţa medicală necesară, sau efectuat investigaţii de laborator şi tratamentul necesar. Situaţia a fost monitorizată îndeaproape, după ameliorarea starii copilului pacienta a fost externată.
