Particularităţi clinico-evolutive ale lupusului eritematos sistemic la copii

Abstract

The work represents a study of ACR and ECLAM diagnostic criteria, applied to a group of 14 children with SLE in the period 2010-2011. As a result of the investigations it has been determined that on the basis of ACR criteria at the time of the examination, in the majority of patients there was detected malar rashes, arthritis and at about half of the sick children there was noticed a renal and a haematologicaldisorder.The high disease tendency, according to ECLAM score, has been in character with the renal, haematologicaldisordes, and serous sheets as well. These scores allowed us to follow the clinical evolution in dynamics in SLE children.

Lucrareareprezintăunstudiu al criteriilor de diagnostic ACR și ECLAM, aplicat la un lot de 14 copii cu LES înperioadaanilor 2010-2011. Înurmacercetărilor s-a determinatcăîn baza criteriilor ACR la momentul examinării, la majoritatea pacienţilor s-a depistat artrită și rash malar, iar la aproximativ ½ din copiii bolnavi s-a determinat afectare renală și hematologică. Activitatea înaltă a bolii, conform scorului ECLAM, a fost în concordanţă cu afectarea renală, hematologică și a foiţelor seroase. Aceste scoruri ne-au permis urmărirea în dinamică a evoluţiei clinice a LES la copii.
