Abstract: We presenting analysis of results of clinical-paraclinical investigations of 74 children in thc age of 48 hours - 12 months, which had been treated in our clinic in the period 1996-2006 with different Hirschsprung’s disease fors. Obstructive enterocolites was determined at 30 (40,5%) children, which was characterized by difficult general and local changes which were successfully treated by non/ surgical methods in 93,3% of cases, the using of application of colostoma at 4 (13,3%) children. Algorithm of non-surgical treatment suggested next obligate action: intubations and permanent decompression of colon, using of enterosorbents and probiotics (aeubiotics), syndromal therapy. Antibacterial therapy and colostome were used in a very difficult cases, by special indications Lethality was 6,6%.
