dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Carpal tunnel syndrome or compression syndrome of the median nerve at the level of carpal tunnel is already well established in clinical department of hand surgery with microsurgical techniques apply in Orthopaedics and Traumatology Hospital. It is important to establish an exact diagnosis, a method often used in our clinic is USG. Ultrasonography is a noninvasive investigation, easy to do, which allows to visualize soft structures of the carpal tunnel and identify the median nerve in the carpal tunnel entry, during the channel and out of the carpal tunnel and to detect changes in nerve trunk.en_US
