Tratamentul complex al osteoatrozei genunchiului tradiţional şi chinetoterapeutic

Abstract

Complex treatment of knee osteoarthritis (OA) in the early stage is not enough elucidated in the literature also are not conclusive data of the kynesitherapy role in the treatment of OA. Patients with osteoarthritis, frequently report joint pain, the exclusion of activities of daily living and low levels of exercise. There is a general uncertainty, both among patients and the medical community regarding the role of exercise in the treatment of OA. Of note that, on the one hand the diagnosis of the disease is common and does not present major difficulty, on the other hand OA the progressive and irreversible characteristics of the disease represents a challenge for an effective treatment.

Tratamentul complex al osteoartrozei genunchiului (OA), în stadiul incipient, nu este suficient elucidat în literatura de specialitate, de asemenea nu sunt date concludente despre rolul chinetoterapiei în tratamentul OA. Pacienții cu gonartroză, frecvent de comun cu durerea, raportează excluderea exercițiilor fizice din activitățile cotidiene și nivele scăzute de efort fizic. Există o incertitudine generală, atât în rândurile pacienților precum și a comunității medicale, privitor la rolul exercițiilor în tratamentul OA. De consemnat că, pe de o parte boală este frecventă și diagnosticul nu prezintă mari dificultăți, pe de altă parte caracterul progresiv și ireversibil al bolii reprezintă o provocare pentru tratamentul eficient.
