| dc.description.abstract | During the study period, patients in both groups showed improved functional status. In
the group with triple therapy, the average HAQ decreased from 1,5 to 0,5, and in the
monotherapy group, the MTX and LF - from 2,5 to 2,0 and 0,75 points (p = 0,008). The number
of patients with minimal disruption to functional status (HAQ of 0 to 1.0), moderate (HAQ 1,1 to
2,0) and severe (HAQ 2,1 to 3,0) at the end of the study in both groups was similar. Thus, the
original between-group differences in functional improvement was observed.
Pe parcursul studiului, pacienţii din ambele grupuri au demonstrat îmbunătăţirea
statusului funcţional. În grupul cu tripla terapie, media HAQ a scăzut de la 1,5 până la 0,5, cât şi

în monoterapiei, cu MTX şi LF – de la 2,5 la 2,0 şi 0,75 puncte (p=0,008). Numărul de pacienţi
cu disfuncţii minimale ale statusului funcţional (HAQ de la 0 la 1,0), moderate (HAQ de la 1,1 la
2,0) şi severe (HAQ de la 2,1 la 3,0) la finele studiului au fost aproximativ similar. Aşadar, s-au
obserevat diferenţe la compararea statusului funcţional cu cel iniţial. | en_US |
