Abordarea contemporană a imunopatogenezei maladiilor alergice şi principiilor de imunomodulare (Revista literaturii)

Abstract

The allergic diseases are widespread throughout the world and have a special place in the structure of the population morbidity. The frequency of atopy has a general tendency to increase. Reduced quality of life, high costs for treatment of patient, significant level of the disability make Allergy as a medical and a socio-economic issue of our time. Recent breakthroughs in the understanding of the cellular immunity functions, mechanisms of atopic inflammation and pathogenesis of the allergic diseases contributed to the appearance of new approaches in the treatment. The new medications synthesized by on the base of biologically active substances have been developed for the prevention and correction of these disorders.

Maladiile alergice au devenit extrem de incidente în întreaga lume şi ocupă un loc distinct în structura morbidităţii populaţiei. Problema de atopie are o tendinţă generală de creştere. Prin afectarea indicilor de calitate a vieţii, costurile înalte de tratament, capacitatea semnificativă de invalidizare maladiile alergice se conturează tot mai mult ca o problemă cu implicaţii socioeconomice considerabile. Progresele recente în înţelegerea funcţiilor al imunităţii celulare, mecanismelor inflamaţiei atopice şi patogenezei maladiilor alergice au contribuit la apariţia unor abordări noi de tratament. Noile medicamente sintetizate pe bază de substanţe biologic active, au fost dezvoltate cu scopul de a preveni sau corecta aceste tulburări.
