Acuzele prezentate de elevii ce lucrează la computer

Abstract

computer activity leads to deviation in the functional state of the organism, and causes some premorbid and morbid states such as the overworking, motor and nervous excitation, insomnia, headache, computer vision syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc. The current study is based on questionnaires to pupils and parents. The results indicate the presence of general fatigue, unpleasant sensations in the region of the eyes, headache, pain in the spine, wrist. At the same time some children have positive emotions in the result of work on the computer.

Activitatea excesivă la computer conduce la devieri în starea funcţională a organismului şi poate provoca anumite stări premorbide şi morbide, aşa ca surmenaj, excitaţie motorie şi nervoasă, insomnii, cefalee, sindromul de ochi uscat, sindromul de tunel carpian, etc. Studiul curent este bazat pe chestionarea elevilor și părinților. Rezultatele obţinute indică prezenţa oboselii generale, senzaţii neplăcute în regiunea ochilor, dureri de cap, dureri în regiunea coloanei vertebrale, a încheieturii mâinii. În acelaşi timp unii copii prezintă emoţii pozitive în rezultatul activităţii la computer.
