dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the results of hygienic estimation of food
products contamination with pesticide residues. It has been
shown that the residual amount detected in investigated vegetables not exceed the maximum residue levels. Estimated
daily intake of pesticide residues in the human body by eating vegetables daily shows that the population is exposed to
investigated chemicals in the range of 0.0004 up to 0.004
mg/kg body weight per day. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | В данной статье представлены результаты
гигиенической оценки загрязнения остаточными
количествами пестицидов пищевых продуктов.
Показано, что обнаруженное остаточное количество
пестицидов в исследуемых овощах практически не
превышает предельно допустимые концентрации.
Установленные значения суточного поступления
остаточных количеств пестицидов в организм с
потребляемыми овощами находятся в пределах от
0,0004 до 0,004 мг/кг массы тела в день. | ru |
