dc.description.abstractResults of pesticide residues determination in vegetable products during 2011–2015 are presented in this article. The total of the analyses is equal to 9213 from which indicators of 44 analyses exceed the maximum residue levels. The monitoring of pesticide residues in vegetable products plays an important role in the food population safety.en_US
dc.description.abstractВ работе представлены результаты лабораторных исследований по определению остаточных количеств пестицидов в овощной продукции в период 2011–2015 годов. Общее количество исследований составляет 9213, из которых показатели 44 исследований превышают максимально допустимый уровень содержания остаточных количеств пестицидов. Мониторинг остаточных количеств пестицидов играет важную роль в обеспечении безопасности продуктов питания населения.
