Abstract

The work was carried out for the purpose of health protection and prevention of the diseases associated with chemical risk factor. The traceability of materials intended to come into contact with food should be ensured at all stages in order to facilitate control, the recall of defective products, consumer information and the attribution of responsibility.

Работа выполнена в целях защиты здоровья населения и профилактики болезней, связанных с химическим фактором риска. Отслеживаемость материалов, контактирующих с продуктами питания, должна быть обеспечена на всех стадиях для облегчения контроля, изъятия дефектных продуктов, доступности информации для потребителей и распределения компетенций.
