| dc.description.abstract | The evolutionary peculiarities of Crohn’s disease (CD) are not well known and diagnostic and treatment remains a challenge. Acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding is a relatively rare complication of CD. Considering this a study on 85 patients with Crohn’s disease was perfomed. 6 (7.14%) cases had signs of severe lower digestive tract hemorrhage. The data of medical and surgical aspects of severe bleeding have been evaluated. We considered, a brief description of this patients is useful to present. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Эволюционные особенности болезни Крона (БК) ocтаются загадкой, диагностика и лечение остаются актуальными вопросами. Желудочно-кишечные кровотечения являются относительно редким осложнением. Как правило, оперативное вмешательство при болезни Крона диктуется появившимися тяжелыми осложнениями заболевания, таких как обструктивный стеноз, перфорация, фистулизация, кровотечение и малигнизация. Учитывая это было произведено исследование 85 больных БК, изучались медицинские и хирургические аспекты, в 6 (7,14%) случаях имелись признаки тяжелого кровоизлияния в нижней части пищеварительного тракта. Эта статья содержит краткое описание данных проведенного исследования. | ru |
