Managementul serviciilor de medicină sportive în România

Abstract

The research represents the materialisation of the concern over 10 years regarding the optimization of the organisation and operation of the Sports Medicine system as a whole and of each of its components, an approach emphasized in recent years, due among other things to some positions of leadership in the national and international institutions and organizations. In Romania the type of the management in the national systems of Sports Medicine applies and works within our cultural specific, presenting resemblances and differences with the management in other European countries, but favoring the know-how transfer in order to increase its efficiency.

Данное исследование является материализацией 10-летней практики по оптимизации организации и функционирования спортивной медицины в целом и каждого из его компонентов, особенно в последние годы из-за занимания, среди прочего, руководящих должностях в национальных и международных организациях. В Румынии форма управления в национальной системе спортивной медицины применяется и функционирует исходя из специфических культурных особенностей, представляется сходство и различия с менеджментом других европейских стран, но благоприятствуя передачи управленческих ноу-хау в целях повышения ее эффективности.
