| dc.description.abstract | A complex diagnostic imaging protocol to identify ultrasound markers of congenital malformations in the first trimester of pregnancy was assessed. To optimize the early screening performance in the first trimester is useful to implement a detailed ultrasound protocol for detection of the morphological and fetal assessment in order to reduce the incidence of the embryo-fetal malformations. The ultrasound examination in the first trimester determines the embryoviability and reveals ultrasound markers features of the embryofetal malformations examining organ after organ, system by system. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Была произведена оценка комплексного диагностического протокола для выявления эхографических маркеров врожденных пороков развития плода в первом триместре беременности. Для оптимизации скрининга в первом триместре беременности необходимо использовать протокол для комплекснного ультразвукового обследования и оценки морфологического состояния плода, с целью снижения заболеваемости детей с врожденными пороками развития. Ультразвуковое исследование в первом триместре определяет сроки беременности, жизнеспособность эмбриона и характерные маркеры пороков развития, последовательно исследуя органы и системы. | |
